free parking was a benefit, providing parking vouchers for my car. the location suited my needs well. staff members were both friendly and helpful.
The shower wasn't great. The shower hook was broken and fell. the room felt small and pillows were not good, very thin. i noticed a dirty carpet.

The staff were very helpful . Housekeeping did a great job. They brought fresh towels and toilet rolls without asking. I found parking available onsite without problems.

the hotel location was quite good i found nearby transportation very helpful. the staff provided assistance storing some items that was very kind of them
the bedding felt very flat it seemed like just a sheet was on the bed initially. the curtains did not fully close i noticed this created a slight inconvenience

the location was good. it was a short tube ride into the centre. fresh towels and toilet rolls were replenished daily without asking. it was great.
the mattress was very firm so it took getting used to. other guests were noisy and inconsiderate. there were loud arguments and tv noise late at night. this was not ideal.

i found good parking spaces on the premises and the location was easy to find. the staff was very friendly and helpful (a big plus for me). i appreciated the 24/7 help desk, a great convenience. there were plenty of plug sockets in the room, perfect for all my devices.
the smaller bed in my twin room felt a little hard, although some guests might prefer that firmness.
